10 Tasty & Healthy Snacks Under 100 Calories

Snacking can either keep your metabolism on track or blow your fitness and nutrition goals. It’s all in what you eat and when! Check out these 10 snacks that will help keep you in line, each sitting at only 100 calories or less.

Frozen Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana

Take ½ Small Banana cut in half, spread on 1 Tbsp Creamy Natural Peanut Butter and sprinkle 4 Dark Chocolate Chips on top. Set it in the freezer for an hour and enjoy!

 

Plain Yogurt & Honey

4 oz of 0% fat Fage Greek yogurt with a drizzle of local honey is a silky, sweet snack to love.

SunWarrior Protein Pudding

Take one scoop of your favorite SunWarrior protein powder, mix it with a splash of cold almond milk and combine. Keep adding a little milk at a time until the desired pudding consistency is reached.

Plantain Chips

One small handful of plantain chips gives you the salty crunch you need for an afternoon snack without going over 100 calories.

Cucumber Salad

½ cucumber sliced, 1 tbsp grated white onion, ½ tbsp olive oil, ½ tbsp white vinegar and a shake of Dill is all you need to make a deliciously refreshing cucumber salad to add to any meal or have as a snack.

Guacamole Deviled Egg

Hard boil 2 eggs. Once they’ve cooled, cut them in half and remove the yolk. Fill each egg white half with ½ tbsp guacamole and top with a dash of Siracha.

Hummus Tuna Salad

Take 2 oz of tuna and mix in a tablespoon of hummus, a dash of mustard and hot sauce to give it a punch.

 

Nuts & Fresh Berries

½ oz Raw Cashews and ¼ cup fresh berries is light and filling sitting just at 100 calories.

Lunch Meat Roll Up

Lay out 3 oz of turkey lunch meat, thinly sliced, a piece of lettuce and spread on a few drops of mustard and a thin slice of avocado (about ¾ oz). Roll up into low calorie snack wrap and enjoy!

Egg White Omelet

Add 4 egg whites to a medium-high heated saute pan and sprinkle in ¼ c combo of sliced onion, jalapenos, spinach and mushrooms. Once it is almost heated through, fold in half and continue to cook until the egg whites have solidified. Top with some fresh salsa and dive in!
